Clarification on Semicolon Math Round 3

Sorry for the inconvenience but it has come to my attention that the last problem in the contest has an error. So everyone will be receiving free points for this problem.

Semicolon Math Round 3

On July 29, 2022, 5:54 p.m.

We are currently running semicolon math round 3.

You will a 2 hour interval between July 29, 2022, 6:00 p.m. (UTC) and Aug 5, 2022, 8:00 p.m. (UTC) to participate (convenient!). The contest will end at Aug 5, 2022, 8:00 p.m. (UTC) for everyone, so plan ahead to get a full one hour interval!

The rules for this contest can be found at here. Keep in mind you can make at most 5 submissions per problem!

The point values for this contest will be \(100-100-200-250-300-350\).

  • Staff: If you would like to help us write problems or test problems so we can run a contest once a month, we definitely would need your help! Ask mathmastersd on AoPS or the Discord server. Please follow the staff rules.

    • If you write any problems/test solve you are NOT allowed to participate in any rounds for the time being. I may change this rule, but this is to prevent problem writers/test solvers from having an unfair advantage since they possibly can see the problems in a contest (even if the problems are a year old).
    • If you write problems, you agree for us to be able to use the problems in any contest and license it under CC BY 4.0 after the contest so the problems are be freely distributed to benefit the math community.
    • If you write solutions, you agree for us to be able to license it under CC BY 4.0 after the contest so the solutions can be freely distributed to benefit the math community.
    • You must be have some activity at least once in 14 days (this can be simple as posting something in the discord sever or AoPS forum). Otherwise, you will LOOSE staff and CANNOT participate in contests (this is to prevent people from joining staff just to see the problems)
